Walk This Way

0

A cat, a giraffe, and a camel walk into a bar…in exactly the same way. These are the only three species who move the front and back legs on one side, then the front and back legs on the other. Some suspect it may be that it allows them to walk more quietly. Each hind paw steps almost exactly where the fore paw stepped, minimizing noise and footprints. Once a cat quickens to a trot, the gait changes to that of most mammals.
